Under chef Peter Gilmore, Quay has become one of the most awarded restaurants in Australia, one of only two restaurants in the country to have received the coveted “three-hat” rating for nine years in a row (The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide). It has also been named SMH Restaurant of the Year in the Guide in 2003, 2005 and 2009 & 2010. Quay was also awarded Australian Gourmet Traveller Restaurant of the Year 2009 & 2010.
