We serve lunch Tuesday to Friday from 12noon – 2:30pm

Lunch at Quay is a tranquil haven from the bustle and noise of the city. 

Guests will dine on some of Australia's most innovative food, in the best location in Australia,
and looked after by staff who are happy for you to either while away the hours in languid luxury or
help you get to your next appointment on time.

At lunch Quay offers a 3 course menu for $130 per person or a 4 course menu for $150 per person.

Peter Gilmore's Tasting menu is also available at lunch time consisting of eight tasting plates for $225 with the option of a classic wine match for $95 per person or premium wine match for $175 per person.

Quay’s menu is a continually evolving repertoire; some classics, some reworking of old favourites plus new dishes for each season.
