Quay has one of the most extensive cellars in Australia, climate controlled to ensure that wines are perfectly stored and aged. Twenty five years at the top of Sydney dining has created a cellar of rare depth and some exceptional vintages. Quay’s wines are also priced to encourage the diner to drink well, with top end wines keenly priced to encourage diners to explore new possibilities with their food/wine choices.
