Sommelier Wegener spent two years in London where he greatly enhanced his knowledge of French wines and other International wines, adding to his already impressive knowledge of local wines.

The selection is impressive and includes well known favourites and intriguing obscurities. Our on-premise climate controlled cellar ensures that the wine is stored and aged to its maximum potential. This enables us to provide a selection of vintages that demand careful ageing before they’re ready to drink and ensures that all wine is served at its best possible temperature for the cuisine.
