Sommelier Wegener spent two years in London where he greatly enhanced his knowledge of French wines and other International wines, adding to his already impressive knowledge of local wines.
To ensure that every dining experience is the best possible, the Sommelier and his assistants are on hand to recommend the best wine for each meal and palate. The selection is impressive and includes well known favourites and intriguing obscurities. Our on-premise climate controlled cellar ensures that the wine is stored and aged to its maximum potential. This enables us to provide a selection of vintages that demand careful ageing before they’re ready to drink and ensures that all wine is served at its best possible temperature for the cuisine.
