Quay will be hosting a very special event this July to celebrate the launch of Champagne Charlie, 37 years since its last release.
Join Stephen Leroux, Managing Director of Charles Heidsieck, for an intimate lunch on Sydney Harbour, tasting through the Charles Heidsieck stable of champagnes.
We will be pouring a generous 100ml of each of the seven champagnes, alongside canapés upon arrival, and a four-course menu by Quay’s Executive Chef Peter Gilmore.
