For those seeking a late-night treat to top off a busy evening about town or a memorable experience in itself, Desserts by Quay invites you to skip straight to dessert and experience Executive Chef Peter Gilmore world-renowned creations.
From 8.45pm, choose from two signature desserts by Chef Gilmore, paired with a glass of Charles Heidsieck NV Champagne for $90 per person, as you dine perched above Sydney Harbour, watching the night unfold.
Enhance your evening with thoughtfully considered additions—an extra dessert for those who can’t resist, a cheese course, caviar, or Quay’s famous Poolish crumpets. Our full award-winning wine and cocktail lists also offer endless pairing opportunities for the perfect nightcap.
Desserts by Quay reservations are available Wednesday to Sunday, at 8.45pm and 9pm only for a 1.5 hour dining time. Bookings highly recommended, walk-ins welcome subject to availability.
