Gather your friends and family to welcome in the New Year center stage Sydney Harbour at Quay.
For the very first time, Quay will host an exclusive New Year’s Eve dinner party in the Green Room. With private access to the terraces surrounding the restaurant, you will be able to see the two spectacular fireworks displays with uninterrupted views to the Sydney Harbour Bridge and across the harbour to the Sydney Opera House.
Located above the main dining room of the restaurant, the Green Room offers a lively way to enjoy Quay on New Year’s Eve. The room will be filled with festive shared tables of ten, with menu by Executive Chef Peter Gilmore, along with a live jazz band to create a night to remember.
