Tables for two are in high demand and are usually the first to book out. Tables for four are more readily available. If your requested date is unavailable, gather friends or family for a table of four.

If you have any dietary requirements, please mention these when making your reservation.

RESTAURANT

Celebrate a spectacular New Year’s Eve with absolute front row seats at Quay overlooking sparkling Sydney Harbour. Begin your evening with a glass of Champagne on arrival served with a selection of canapés, followed by seven course signature Peter Gilmore menu. Premium wines have been thoughtfully matched to each course by Head Sommelier Shanteh Wong, and guests will enjoy Champagne at the stroke of midnight to bring in 2020.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM

There is not a more spectacular setting to welcome in the arrival of 2020, than in the Private Dining Room at Quay. Overlooking the Sydney Opera House and sparkling Sydney Harbour, the Private Dining Room seats up to ten guests. Floor to ceiling mirrors ensure that all diners at the table enjoy incomparable views of the most fantastic fireworks display of the year. Start the night with a glass of Champagne and canapes on arrival, followed by a seven course menu by Chef Peter Gilmore, premium paired wines and a Champagne toast at midnight.
