Executive Chef Peter Gilmore has crafted a five-course menu for the occasion, showcasing signature artistry and seasonal ingredients, alongside sweeping views of Sydney Harbour.
The Mother’s Day menu is available for $295 per person as we open the doors for this special Sunday lunch service.
Quay will also be open for regular dinner service on Mother’s Day evening, offering The Quay Experience menu.
To elevate your experience, pre-book a sparkling glass or bottle of Lahèrte Freres Rosé de Meunier Champagne NV—a rosé Champagne made for toasts and treasured moments with family.
