Quay offers the following menus:
Ten course menu $295 per person – available Monday to Sunday dinner and Friday to Sunday lunch.
Six course menu $240 per person – available Monday to Sunday dinner and Friday to Sunday lunch.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Non-Special Events Days)
Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at Quay. There is no charge to the credit card at the time of booking, however should you need to cancel within 24 hours of your reservation or if you fail to arrive for your booking, a per person cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee is equal to the price of the 6 course menu at $240 per person. Please note an extended cancellation period will apply for special event days. Quay Restaurant is situated in the Overseas Passenger Terminal and is affected by cruise ships that dock here. If you wish to check in advance is a cruise ship will be in port on the date of your reservation, a full cruise ship schedule can be found on the Port Authority of NSW website. Quay will do its best to accommodate all seating requests, which are always noted at the time of the booking. We are unable to guarantee your request however, as table allocations are finalised on the day.
Guests are asked to wear smart casual attire in keeping with the relaxed sophistication of our dining room. Please refrain from wearing sports clothing or beachwear, including sleeveless t-shirts & flip-flops.
Older children are welcome at Quay however we do not permit children under 7 years old. Please also note Quay does not offer a children’s menu. Our tasting menus can be varied slightly for children if required.
A discretionary 10% service charge is applied to all tables for 7 or more guests as a gratuity paid directly to staff.
Should your reservation date fall on a Sunday, a surcharge of 10% will be applied to all food and beverage prices.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday a surcharge of 12.5% will be applied to all food and beverage prices.
CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE
Please note a variable surcharge will be applied to all credit card and debit card payments.
