Quay offers the following menus:
Ten course menu $275 per person – available Monday to Sunday dinner and Friday to Sunday lunch.
Six course menu $210 per person – available Sunday to Thursday dinner and Friday to Sunday lunch.
Please note the six course menu is not available for dinner on Friday and Saturday.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Non-Special Events Days)
Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at Quay. Should you need to cancel your reservation or reduce your party size within 24 hours of your booking, a cancellation charge will be incurred. The cancellation charge is equal to the minimum per person menu price available at the time of the reservation. Please contact us on +61 2 9251 5600 or email@example.com to make any amendments to your reservation.
Quay Restaurant is situated in the Overseas Passenger Terminal and is affected by cruise ships that dock here. If you wish to check in advance is a cruise ship will be in port on the date of your reservation, a full cruise ship schedule can be found on the Port Authority of NSW website. Quay will do its best to accommodate all seating requests, which are always noted at the time of the booking. We are unable to guarantee your request however, as table allocations are finalised on the day.
Guests are asked to wear smart casual attire in keeping with the relaxed sophistication of our dining room. Please refrain from wearing sports clothing or beachwear, including sleeveless t-shirts & flip-flops.
Older children are welcome at Quay however we do not permit children under 7 years old. Please also note Quay does not offer a children’s menu. Our tasting menus can be varied slightly for children if required.
A discretionary 10% service charge is applied to all tables for 7 or more guests as a gratuity paid directly to staff.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday a surcharge of 12.5% will be applied to all food and beverage prices.
CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE
Please note a variable surcharge will be applied to all credit card and debit card payments.
