Choose from a special seven-course Valentine’s Day menu by Executive Chef Peter Gilmore in our Main Dining Room, with a cocktail on arrival, and the option to add on a bespoke Valentine’s Day wine pairing; or, dine upstairs in the Green Room with sweeping harbour views, with a three-course menu with arrival cocktail.
If you wish to further impress your Valentine, pre-order Champagne by the glass or bottle, or a beautiful bouquet of flowers by Quay’s floral artist-in-residence, Doctor Cooper. Simply select when placing your reservation and the Quay team will facilitate.
This Valentine’s Day, we’re also raising a toast to togetherness—book a table for four or more, and enjoy a bottle of Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve NV for $120. Gather your favourite people, and pop a few corks in style to celebrate love in all its forms.
