The opportunity wine enthusiasts have been waiting for – for a limited time, Quay is welcoming guests to bring along their best bottles to enjoy over weekend lunch.
If you have a cellar full of wine, or even just ‘that’ bottle you’ve been desperate to dust off, there is no better way to enjoy it than in one of Australia’s most celebrated restaurants.
Guests are invited to hand over their bottle to Quay’s sommeliers to be decanted and enjoyed throughout Peter Gilmore’s award-winning menu.
Dust Off Your Bottles is available for a minimum of eight guests may reserve our 10-seater private dining room.

Available for eight to ten guests
Corkage fee: $60 per 750ml bottle and up to one bottle per guest. A magnum is equivalent to two bottles.
We recommend our guests drop their bottles off prior to their lunch so our team can ensure they are service temperature.
