Quay’s Return of the Snow Egg with American Express will see Executive Chef Peter Gilmore’s famous Snow Egg make its reappearance in Quay’s Green Room over 10 epic evenings from 25 May to 15 June 2024.

Guests can book a one-of-a-kind dining experience to savour the widely acclaimed Snow Egg – which has not featured on the Quay menu since 2018 – served in an iconic Riedel O glass with a choice of three pairing options of Charles Heidsieck Champagne, plus a non-alcoholic package.

 

The packages on offer are:

Package One: The Snow Egg with a glass of Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve NV, $98

Package Two: The Snow Egg with a glass of Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve NV, $136

Package Three: The Snow Egg with a glass of Charles Heidsieck Blanc des Millénaires 2007, $175

Package Four: The Snow Egg with a non-alcoholic cocktail, the Bastic: vanilla and cardamom infused feijoa fizz, $98

NB: All prices are per person, with still and sparkling water also included with all packages. Full payment by credit card is required at time of booking,
including a non-refundable 2.5% processing fee.

 

Quay’s Return of the Snow Egg with American Express will run over four periods:

Saturday 25th May – Sunday 26th May;
Friday 31st May – Sunday 2nd June;
Friday 7th – Sunday 9th June; and
Friday 14th June – Saturday 15th June.

Reservations are from 6pm, with last sitting at 9:45pm.

This event takes place in the Green Room. The Snow Egg is served as a standalone dish, not in conjunction with Quay’s four-, six-, or eight-course menus.
